Dan Lester
Dan Lester has been directly involved in all facets of Real Estate on the Outer Banks for the past 9 years. With an emphasis in the rental side of the business, Dan can provide valuable insight into the purchasing and selling of investment properties and primary residence on the Outer Banks.
Dan is continuously expanding his knowledge and has the GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), RRS (Recreation and Resort Specialist) and SFR (Short Sales, Foreclosure Resource) designations in addition to a degree in Finance from Marymount University.
Prior to moving to the Outer Banks, Dan spent several years selling enterprise level software solutions to Federal Government Agencies and Fortune 500 companies.
Dan fell in love with the Outer Banks while vacationing and shortly there after started purchasing investment properties.
In 2001 Dan and his wife decided to permanently move to the Outer Banks after the birth of their daughter. Dan resides in the Chicahauk community of Southern Shores with is wife, daughter and two dogs.
